Second Time's a Charm - Exchange Policy (Domestic Only)

Our "Second Time’s a Charm" Policy is something we encourage should there be a garment you may not be that crazy about or want to exchange for another size or color.To ensure you get the new item before it sells out, we ask that you place an order for the new item right away. Once we have your new order number we can issue you a refund for your shipping costs and include a return shipping label to send back the original garment that you purchased. We will ship out the new item right away and once we receive the original one back we can issue you a refund or store credit for the amount of the item.The item must be returned within 21 Days of confirmed delivery of item you will be returning. Second Time's a Charm is valid for Domestic/US Customers only. 

Step 1: Place your new order for the desired item online at DaintyHooligan.com

Step 2: Give us a call or email us your new Order# and the original Order# for the item you’re looking to exchange

Step 3: You will receive a return shipping label and we will also refund your shipping costs on the new order that you just placed

Step 4: Use the return shipping label and send back the item you’re looking to return. (The label will either be for a USPS First Class envelope or USPS Priority envelope). The item must be returned within 21 Days of confirmed delivery of item you will be returning.  

Step 5: Drop off the package at your local post office

Step 6: Wait for your refund. Once we receive that item back we will issue your refund
