Return Policy

Dainty Hooligan's Holiday Return Policy  - Any purchases on or after November 1, 2016 may be returned by January 6th, 2017. Package must be postmarked by 1/6/17 in order to qualify under Holiday Return Policy. 

Easy Online Returns

        Step 1: Download and Complete the Return Merchandise Form (download by clicking here)

        Step 2: Include the completed Return Merchandise Form with your merchandise and mail to:

- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 21 days of confirmed delivery

- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached

- Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke &/ or perfume smell will not be accepted.

- Any Clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned

- Read below for "Second Time Is A Charm" Policy

- We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages

Please allow 7 business days after the receipt of the returned item for your return to be processed and your account credited.

- Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

- Refunds on discounted or non "final sale" items will be refunded at the prorated amount

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

- Any online orders returned in-store will be eligible for Store Credit only.

*International Returns - unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges

*Return Limitations

- Gift Cards, E-Gift cards, Clearance items, and Final Sale items are not available for exchange/returns unless received damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

This includes:
Bandeaus, Bras, Speciality Bras, Spandex Mini Shorts, Panties, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, Jewelry, Socks, Camis, Hats, Purses, Wallets, Scarves, Sunglasses, and Belts

 

 In-store Returns

You can return your merchandise purchased at www.daintyhooligan.com to any Dainty Hooligan store location for Store Credit only. 

 

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)

- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at (714) 767-4080 so that we can send you a replacement item and include a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item or Store Credit.

 

 Undeliverable Packages

*Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Online Store Credit

- Store Credit can only be used online at our website - www.daintyhooligan.com

- Store Credit is not transferable and should be treated like cash

- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased item(s) have been returned and you have selected Store Credit as the refund method

- Store Credit never expires and is issued in U.S. Dollars

- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
