When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours, but can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS.
What do you charge for Shipping?
• Standard Shipping is $5.95 (estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days).
• Expedited Shipping is available on all orders for $10 (estimated delivery 3-5 business days).
• Express Shipping is available on all orders for $25 (estimated delivery 1-2 business days).
• Orders over $100 shipped within the United States qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
(All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery)
Do you offer Expedited or Express Shipping?
We do offer Expedited Shipping for $10. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. We also offer Express Shipping for $25. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:30pm PST will go out the following business day.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders with Standard shipping are typically shipped within 3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days to be processed. Processing time is not included in shipping times. Express and Expedited orders typically ship out same day. You will be emailed a tracking link once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. All delivery dates are estimated.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking link. Tracking will be available approximately 24 hours after your order is shipped out. How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 866-324-6476, texting 714-655-8689 or emailing email@example.com so that we can correct your address before your order has been shipped.
What happens if my package is unclaimed or refused?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the all original and any return shipping charges. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
