Q: If an item is Sold Out online, when will it be re-stocked?

A: We occasionally will restock certain items. The best way to be notified regarding the item(s) is to go to the actual product page on the website and in the top right of the page you will see in button that reads "I Want To Be On The List” Click on that and enter your email address for any item you see that is sold out of your size. There is no particular day or time we restock; it can depend upon demand and availability. If the item is no longer on the website, that item will most likely not be restocked. Social media sites do not keep up to date with our current inventory, so they might post merchandise that we no longer carry. Please keep checking our site, Facebook, and Instagram. We do get new merchandise in daily!

Q: How do I exchange an item?

A: Our "Second Time’s a Charm" policy is something we encourage should there be a garment you may not be that crazy about or want to exchange for another size or color.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time. Orders can take between 24-72 business hours to process, but if you do need an item for a special event you can give us a call with your order# and we will do our best to get it shipped out right away. Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date priority packages can be delivered as quickly as 1-5 business days after its left our warehouse.

Q: What size would I be in your clothing?

A: Please review our size chart:

You will be able to find measurements for bust, waist, and hips. We carry sizes small, medium, and large only. We do not typically carry extra-small or extra-large. Our model is 5'4, 115 pounds and wears size small. Most of our garments run true to size (juniors sizing). The length for the size smalls are listed online in the product description. This measurement is taken from the very top of the garment to the very bottom. The length for each size differs by 1”. If you’re worried about ordering the wrong size please give us a call at (866) 324-6476 before you place your order, we would be happy to give our thoughts.



Q: What is the status of my return?

A: Once your return has been delivered to us we ask to please allow us up to 7 business days to process your return. As soon as we process the return we will issue your refund and email you a receipt of the transaction. We recommend tracking and insuring all return packages. We cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost by the sender.
