Q: If an item is "Sold Out" online, when will it be re-stocked?

A: We occasionally re-stock items depending on customer demand and availability. The best way to be notified of a re-stock is to sign up for our waiting list! To sign up, go to the product page and choose the sold out size that you need. At the bottom right corner, a purple box will appear that says, "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE". Click this box and you will be prompted to leave us your email. For items that are no longer on our website, it is likely that we will not be re-stocking them.  Q: Do you offer express/overnight shipping?

A: We do offer express/overnight shipping! Express orders typically go out same day if placed before 1:30 PM PST. If you need an item to ship quickly, please give us a call with your order number and we will do our best to get it shipped out right away. Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, express packages can be delivered as quickly as 1-2 business days after it has left our warehouse.

Q: What size would I be in your clothing?

A: Please review our size chart here! 

You will find tips about how to shop for your body type and juniors' measurements for bust, waist, and hips. We carry sizes small, medium, and large only. We do not typically carry extra-small or extra-large. Most of our garments run true to size (juniors' sizing). The length for the size small is listed online in the product description. This measurement is taken from the very top of the garment to the very bottom. The length for each size generally differs by approximately 1”. Still need some help? Q: What is the status of my return?

A: Please allow us up to 7 business days from the day of confirmed delivery to process your return. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. We recommend tracking and insuring all return packages. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
