Return Policy

Our Return Policy has been modified for the Holiday Season - Purchases made between November 1st & December 20th 2017 may be returned through January 12, 2018. Online Returns will still need to adhere to our full Return Policy (see below), but purchases made between the dates above are eligible for return until January 12th 2018 (must be postmarked by January 12, 2018).
  • Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 21 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or in the form of online store credit.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with hangtags. All hygiene liners must be intact (if applicable).
  • Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make-up stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume or similar products will not be accepted.
  • Gift Card, Flash Sale & Clearance Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Intimates, Silicon Bras and All Jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
* Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of returned item for your return to be processed. We recommend tracking and insuring package sent back for return or exchange, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged packages. International returns - we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 In-store Returns

You can return your merchandise purchased at to any Dainty Hooligan store location for Store Credit only. 


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)

- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at (866) 324-6476 so that we can send you a replacement item and include a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item or Store Credit.


 Undeliverable Packages

*Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


Online Store Credit

- Store Credit can only be used online at our website -

- Store Credit is not transferable and should be treated like cash

- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased item(s) have been returned and you have selected Store Credit as the refund method

- Store Credit never expires and is issued in U.S. Dollars

- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
