Return Policy

For a full refund, merchandise must be postmarked for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. After the 7th day, refunds will be issued in Store Credit only. Items are considered final sale after the 14th day. Please complete and include your provided Merchandise Return Form inside your order. You can also download the form here.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with hang tags. 
  • Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make-up stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume or similar products will not be accepted.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoe box must be undamaged and shipped back for refund inside of an additional box. If received damaged, shoes will be returned to the sender and may be subject to any additional shipping charges. 
  • Gift Cards, Flash Sale and Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Intimates, Silicone Bras and all Jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Whole Orders over $100 with free shipping returned will have a $10 back stock fee.


            Please allow up to 7 business days after confirmed delivery for your return to be processed. Refunds typically show in your account between 1-3 business days but can take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages.

            In-Store Returns

            You can return your merchandise purchased at to any Dainty Hooligan store location for Store Credit only. 


            Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)

            - Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team immediately by calling (714) 655-1373, texting (714) 655-1373 or emailing us at

            - We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item or Store Credit.


             Undeliverable Packages

            Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" or "unclaimed" are subject to re-shipping at customer’s expense. All original and any new shipping costs are non-refundable.


            Online Store Credit

            - Store Credit can only be used online at our website -

            - Store Credit is not transferable and should be treated like cash.

            - Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased item(s) have been returned and you have selected Store Credit as the refund method.

            - Store Credit never expires and is issued in U.S. dollars.

            - Any purchase amounts that exceeds the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
